SNHAHEC CHW Survey Report

CHW-CRE partnered with the Southern New Hampshire Area Health Education Center to develop, conduct, analyze and report data from a survey of CHWs in New Hampshire. Goals of the survey included gathering information that can be used to better meet the needs of CHWs in New Hampshire.
