The Community Health Workers (CHWs) Community of Practice How-To Guide was created to help CHWs, evaluators, and community partners build collaborative learning spaces where everyone’s knowledge and experience are valued. Developed by the CHW Center for Research and Evaluation in partnership with Arizona State University and the Washington State Evaluation Partnership, this practical guide draws from a national Evaluation Community of Practice that brought CHWs and evaluator
