Community Health Workers(CHWs) in New Hampshire: Employer Survey 2025

This report presents findings from a 2025 statewide survey of CHW employers conducted by the Southern New Hampshire Area Health Education Center (SNHAHEC) in partnership with the CHW Center for Research and Evaluation (CHW-CRE). Using the CHW-CRE Common Indicators, the survey explored key workforce conditions including wages, supervision, training, team integration, and sustainability. The results offer valuable insights to inform local and national policy, workforce development strategies, and advocacy efforts, with a strong focus on centering CHW leadership and lived experience in research and evaluation
